At the centre is The Residence - a big country home that sleeps up to 22. NO BYO is permitted. Catering is provided in-house by our chefs. You’re welcome to chat with us about your vision, and we’ll work with you to create a menu that feels like you. For alcohol, we have a fully licensed bar, so you can relax knowing it’s all taken care of.
Can we hold both our ceremony and reception at Bathurst Goldfields Resort?
Yes, many couples choose to hold everything on site. From saying “I do” in Laylock’s Barn or under the gum trees, to celebrating in our Function Centre or rustic spaces, to staying onsite in our many accommodation options, it’s all here in one beautiful location.

Our country homestead, The Residence, is perfect for bridal parties. With space for up to 22 guests, four bathrooms, a full kitchen, and loads of natural light, it’s a relaxed and spacious base for getting ready together.

Yes, some styling elements are included in the cost, giving you a convenient and beautiful base to start from. Our team takes care of the essentials so you can relax, knowing the groundwork is done. Of course, you’re welcome to add your own touches, from florals and lighting to personal décor, and we’ll coordinate timing with you so everything comes together seamlessly.
When can I arrive to set up for my event?
Our events team will work with you to arrange access the day before or earlier on the event day, so everything is ready just the way you’d like it.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Accommodation check-in is 2pm, with check-out at 10am.
Are there photo locations on site?
Yes, with 30 acres of grounds, bushland, our 1800s Colonial Village and being situated on the picturesque Mount Panorama, you’ll have endless backdrops for photos, from golden-hour paddocks to rustic heritage huts.

We don’t allow animals on the property, except for registered guide and assistance dogs.
