NO BYO is permitted. Catering is provided in-house by our chefs. You’re welcome to chat with us about your vision, and we’ll work with you to create a menu that best suits your event. For alcohol, we have a fully licensed bar, so you can relax knowing it’s all taken care of.

Yes - all motel rooms, cabins, Heritage Lodge and The Residence include linen and towels. For group lodges and dormitory-style accommodation, linen can be arranged at the time of booking (additional fees apply).
Do you have an Event Manager?
Yes, our dedicated Event Manager will be by your side to keep everything running perfectly from your first enquiry right through to the close of the event.
Is styling included?
Additional costs apply for some styling options, giving you a convenient and beautiful base to start from. Our team takes care of the essentials so you can relax, knowing the groundwork is done. Of course, you’re welcome to add your own touches, from florals and lighting to personal décor, and we’ll coordinate timing with you so everything comes together seamlessly.
When can I arrive to set up for my event?
Our events team will work with you to arrange access the day before or earlier on the event day, so everything is ready just the way you’d like it.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Accommodation check-in is 2pm, with check-out at 10am.
Are there photo locations on site?
Yes, with 30 acres of grounds, bushland, our 1800s Colonial Village and being situated on the picturesque Mount Panorama, you’ll have endless backdrops for photos, from golden-hour paddocks to rustic heritage huts.
Are pets allowed at Bathurst Goldfields Resort?
We don’t allow animals on the property, except for registered guide and assistance dogs.
