April 2026 School Holiday Tours at Bathurst Goldfields
Start Date:
08 Apr 26
End Date:
15 Apr 26

Looking for fun school holiday activities in Bathurst?
Dust off your boots, gather the kids, and step back into the gold rush days with our public tours at Bathurst Goldfields!
Bring the family along for an afternoon of stories, history, and a little bit of adventure as you wander through our goldfields re-enactment village. You’ll explore our Museum, Steam Shed and Blacksmith Shop, hear a few yarns from days gone by, and finish off panning for gold in our Panning Ponds. (Yes—for real gold.) The kids will be talking about it for days.
Tour Dates – April School Holidays
Each tour runs for 2 hours, giving you plenty of time to explore the village, hear the stories, and try your luck at gold panning.
We have two sessions in April happening on the following dates:
• Wednesday 8 April, 1:00pm – 3:00pm
• Wednesday 15 April, 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Tickets:
